- Consulting sessions or strategy reports already delivered
3. Project Deposits and Advance Payments
- All projects begin only after a non-refundable deposit or advance payment, as agreed in the project proposal or invoice.
- This deposit secures project scheduling and covers initial planning, research, and resource allocation.
- If a client decides to cancel before project initiation (and before any work has begun), a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered at AdVerse’s discretion.
4. Cancellations by Client
If a client wishes to cancel a project:
- Any completed portion of the project will be billed and must be paid in full.
- Refunds will not be issued for work already delivered or for projects delayed due to client inaction (e.g., missing content, approvals, or feedback).
5. Cancellations by AdVerse
In rare cases, if AdVerse is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues, we will:
- Provide a pro-rated refund based on the portion of work not completed, or
- Offer to reschedule or reassign the project with mutual agreement.
6. Refunds for Marketing or Subscription Plans
For ongoing marketing or subscription-based services (e.g., monthly SEO, ad management, or maintenance plans):
- Payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Clients may cancel future renewals by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team with full details of your concern. We will review your request within 7–10 business days and respond with a resolution.
